RKW directly imports first quality stone from Italy, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, France, Mexico, China and Indonesia. We make annual trips to these factories to meet with our fabricators and inspect the material to ensure that only first quality slabs are fabricated for RKW. Our overseas suppliers are not only business associates, but are also personal friends due to relationships cultivated over many years. RKW International is one of the premier granite countertop suppliers and installers in the Southeastern United States. We will supply and install kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities for over 1,000 condominium units between mid-2005 and the end of 2006.

Another division of our company is RKW International Imports, Inc. RKW Imports is the third largest direct importer/wholesaler of stone fireplace surrounds in America. RKW Imports supplies stone materials in seven different sizes and 16 stone types to fireplace distributors throughout the entire Southeastern United States. RKW is recognized as a leader in this industry by our innovations in fabrication, packaging and distribution.

RKW is managed by Mr. Bob Welton who has studied and worked in the stone industry for more than twenty-one years. Mr. Welton has sold more than $60 million in stone products, made more than 90 trips overseas to RKW’s factories and quarries, and is regarded as an expert in the stone business.
